Kølegruppen augments Nordic Climate Group in Denmark
Nordic Climate Group is expanding its presence in Denmark with the acquisition of Kølegruppen. The purchase includes Kølegruppen A/S, with headquarters in Silkeborg and operations throughout Jylland; Kølegruppen Øst A/S, working in Sjaelland and Copenhagen; and Bundgaard Køleteknik A/S in Vejle, which operates throughout Denmark. With this deal, Nordic Climate Group will comprise 12 companies, employing some 250 persons and generating an annual turnover of approximately DKK 500 million.
Nordic Climate Group’s climate targets validated by SBTi
The Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) has validated Nordic Climate Group’s targets for the reduction of greenhouse-gas emissions. This validation applies to Perfect Climate Holding Europe AB, the parent company of Nordic Climate Group AB. As a result, the validation covers all companies and countries included in the group.

This acquisition strengthens Nordic Climate Group Netherlands B.V.'s position in the Netherlands and the group’s standing as a leading player in Northern Europe within cooling, heating, and energy solutions. Since its launch in the Netherlands in July 2024, Nordic Climate Group Netherlands B.V. has grown rapidly. Established in 2021, Nordic Climate Group operates in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and the Netherlands, generating SEK 5 billion in revenue and employing 1,800 people across more than 100 local entities.

The operation is fully in line with the goal of delivering systems with maximum energy efficiency and minimal climate impact. Through the deal, Nordic Climate Group, which owns SA-AL Køleteknik, expands its presence in Denmark.
Nordic Climate Group launched in the Netherlands
Nordic Climate Group is establishing itself in the Netherlands by acquiring Compair Airconditioning B.V., Capelle aan den IJssel, and T&S Klimaattechniek B.V., Woerden. These acquisitions are the first in the fifth market where Nordic Climate Group operates. Since its start in 2021, the group has grown to become the leading player in refrigeration installations focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. With the Dutch acquisitions, Nordic Climate Group becomes a significant player in northern Europe and intends to further strengthen its position by incorporating more companies.
Stockholm-based Frigotech joins Nordic Climate Group
Nordic Climate Group strengthens its position in Greater Stockholm through the acquisition of Frigotech, which focuses on commercial refrigeration. Frigotech has solid experience with CO2 solutions and will be a significant addition to the group, which is the Nordic region's leading player in energy-efficient and sustainable climate solutions.
