SA-AL Køleteknik ApS, part of Nordic Climate Group, acquires Polarkøl ApS in Hjørring and strengthens its position in the retail sector with a focus on natural refrigerants. The operation is fully in line with the goal of delivering systems with maximum energy efficiency and minimal climate impact. Through the deal, Nordic Climate Group, which owns SA-AL Køleteknik, expands its presence in Denmark.
Nordic Climate Group launched in the Netherlands
Nordic Climate Group is establishing itself in the Netherlands by acquiring Compair Airconditioning B.V., Capelle aan den IJssel, and T&S Klimaattechniek B.V., Woerden. These acquisitions are the first in the fifth market where Nordic Climate Group operates. Since its start in 2021, the group has grown to become the leading player in refrigeration installations focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. With the Dutch acquisitions, Nordic Climate Group becomes a significant player in northern Europe and intends to further strengthen its position by incorporating more companies.
Stockholm-based Frigotech joins Nordic Climate Group

Our application to join the initiative was approved in April 2024.
Nordic Climate Group Acquires Another Buus Company
Nordic Climate Group is expanding in Denmark by acquiring Buus Køle-Service ApS. This follows their acquisitions in 2023 of both Buus Køleteknik and Buus Ice, all located in Mors, Jutland. With this acquisition, Nordic Climate Group strengthens its position in Northwest Jutland.
