Polarkøl acquired by SA-AL Køleteknik
SA-AL Køleteknik ApS, part of Nordic Climate Group, acquires Polarkøl ApS in Hjørring and strengthens its position in the retail sector with a focus on natural refrigerants. The operation is fully in line with the goal of delivering systems with maximum energy efficiency and minimal climate impact. Through the deal, Nordic Climate Group, which owns SA-AL Køleteknik, expands its presence in Denmark. The acquisition complements the group's Danish companies: SA-AL Køleteknik, PVN Køleteknik, JF Køleteknik, Buus Køleteknik, Buus Køle-Service, Findan Køle og Elteknik, Nordfrost Køleservice, and Nordkøl. The companies can offer Danish customers complete cooling, heating, and energy solutions and, together with sister companies in Nordic Climate Group, are the leading industry player in the Nordic region.
Polarkøl, with 6 employees, has quickly established a strong position in the retail sector with significant expertise in natural refrigerants, especially CO2. The company has built a national customer base and is known for its flexibility and rapid response. In addition to the head office in Hjørring, the company is also located in Sorø.

Polarkøl and SA-AL Køleteknik know each other well and have previously collaborated with common customers.
